The Thai Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology
The growing medical technology saves lives and health for world population, including the medical care for the mothers and infants. High quality of Obstetrics and Gynecologists has increased along with the number of innovative medical cares.
One of the well-known noninvasive diagnostic apparatus, which has been used in Obstetrics and Gynecology for more than four decades, is ultrasound. The increase in the research and application of ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology appeared to be boom since 1966, thus changing the history of Maternal-Child Health. As a result, Obstetrics and Gynecological providers are required to be adept in ultrasonogram as it becomes routine diagnostic tool.
The Thai Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (THSOUG) recognizes the importance of having ultrasound resources for our providers. In order to enhance skill and knowledge in this particular field, this THSUOG website aims to be an academic resources to all medical care team; OB-GYN, radiologists, and primary practitioners and students, including nursing personnel and related multidisciplinary team.
